Shaw Engineering Corporation Established
The journey began with the establishment of Shaw Engineering Corporation in Chennai, serving leading pump OEMs with specialised bearing and engineering solutions. The same year marked the beginning of our partnership with Thordon Bearings, introducing world-class water-lubricated bearing technology to the Indian Pump market.

As the business evolved, operations transitioned to Om Engineering Corporation in Daman, strengthening our presence and laying the foundation for future growth while continuing our commitment to the pump industry and the Thordon product portfolio.
Expansion into the Hydro Sector
Building on our expertise in pumps, we expanded into the hydro turbine industry, delivering advanced bearing, sealing, and engineering solutions for hydroelectric applications.
