Soneji Engineering Pvt. Ltd is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Manufacturing unit located at Vapi, Gujarat. We have fully equipped machine shop for manufacture and machining of metallic and non- metallic bushes. With state of art infrastructure and machineries, we cater to requirement for all sizes of shaft dia between 20 mm to 500 mm. With vast inventory of tubes of different grades, Thordon SXL, Compac, Thorplas Blue, Thorplas White, GM2401 etc., we provide prompt delivery of Bearings in the form of Rough Moulded tubes as well as fully finished bearings as per customer requirement for Pump and Hydro Turbines.

We are Authorized Service provider for Thordon Bearings Inc. Canada for the water lubricated bearings supplied in Indian Industrial Market.

We are regularly providing machining and fitment of Water Lubricated bearings for

• Turbine Guide Bearings
• Segmented Shaft Seals
• Wicket Gate Bushes

Also we undertake Conversion of Turbine Guide Bearings, Segmented Shaft Seals from Oil to Water lubrication.

Our expert team of Engineers also carry out fitment of Thordon bearings, Guide vane Bushes, Segmented Shaft Seals at-site across various Power Plants and Hydel units as and when required.

Apart from supply of fully finished Thordon Bearings, we also carry out fitment of Thordon Bearings into customer supplied housings (Ferrous and Non Ferrous) i.e. relining of Thordon Bearings for Pump and Hydro Turbines.

In order to provide comprehensive solution to customers, Soneji also supplies complete assembly i.e. Thordon bearings along with metallic Housings, manufactured in-house at our Vapi works, as per customers’ requirements.

Also we have been supplying Metallic Sleeves, Shafts and other Pump Spares as per customer requirements, made of Stainless Steel 300, 400, duplex and Super Duplex series. We have a fully equipped Machine Shop for carrying our machining length of shafts upto 4 meters.
